Amy Wilkins Hoffman is a business litigator with 25 years of litigation experience. She focuses on business litigation, including breaches of contract, business torts, tortious interference, business breakups or dissolutions, buy-sell agreement disputes, TROs and injunctive relief, and other litigation.
Amy attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona Law Review. After graduation, she worked in Los Angeles at national firm Kirkland & Ellis, then returned to Phoenix and worked at Steptoe & Johnson, Lewis and Roca, and Hagens Berman. She formed her own firm, the Wilkins Law Firm, in 2012, then opened Hoffman Legal.
In addition to her litigation experience, Amy has drafted and argued numerous appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals. She has argued before the Arizona Supreme Court.
Amy is recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers for business litigation and by Best Lawyers for appellate practice and business litigation.
